The Alloy, a DoubleTree by Hilton, is hiring a full-time Line Cook!

Opportunity

Join one of North America’s fastest-growing hospitality companies, Concord Hospitality Enterprises, as a hotel Cook. You will be responsible for preparing food that delights our guests, focusing on presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures. Our food service varies from simple buffet breakfasts to plated dinners and banquet events. We seek team players who work collaboratively with our operations team to deliver professional, competent, and prompt service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards.
  2. Ensure proper documentation on all food containers and adhere to rotation procedures as per SOP.
  3. Practice safety standards at all times.
  4. Report to work in full, clean uniform, on time, and ready to serve.
  5. Cook orders according to guest requests and special needs positively.
  6. Proactively manage ordering, pars, food preparations, and equipment maintenance to prevent service disruptions.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer competitive wages starting at $20.00/hour. Qualifications
