Job Overview

ThinkTank is seeking dynamic sales team leaders and agencies to promote and enroll eligible customers into the Lifeline Phone Program. As a Sales Team Manager, you will lead a team of Lifeline Agents, manage operations, ensure compliance, and drive enrollments for Lifeline services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment and Management: Recruit and maintain at least 5 enrollment representatives, develop strategies to attract top talent, manage team performance, and recruit agents statewide and nationally.
  2. Training and Compliance: Conduct training on product knowledge, enrollment techniques, and compliance; ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
  3. Location Management: Secure strategic locations for operations across U.S. cities, regions, and states, coordinating with local businesses and community centers.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Track performance metrics, report activities, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  5. Customer Relations: Build positive relationships, address inquiries, and implement strategies to reduce churn and promote loyalty.
Compensation & Benefits

This is a performance-based, uncapped earning opportunity as a 1099 contractor. Enrollments of 500+ customers weekly can lead to lucrative earnings. Benefits include comprehensive training, weekly payments, and marketing resources.

Qualifications
