Concord Hospitality Brand is hiring a Laundry Attendant for Hotel West & Main, Tapestry by Hilton in Conshohocken. You will operate laundry machinery, ensure clean and fresh linens, and support daily hotel operations with a focus on quality and Guest satisfaction.

The role offers full-time hours with benefits and opportunities for training and advancement within Concord-managed hotels.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery, including adding chemicals and cleaning lint traps.
• Identify stained or damaged items and determine status for repair, spot treatment, rewash, or discard.
• Inspect cleanliness of articles removed from machines and place in clean linen carts.
• Set dryers to designated times and temperatures based on fabrics.
• Remove lint and debris from dryer screens, dry cleaning filters, and drain trap after each load.
• Fold cleaned articles into designated size, either by hand or using folding machine.
• Maintain accurate records of items laundered.
• Follow all company safety policies; report hazards; complete safety training.
• Ensure uniform and professional appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
• Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.
• Support team to reach common goals.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤25 pounds.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines for defects.
• Reach overhead and below the knees; bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Move through narrow spaces; move over uneven or slippery surfaces and steps.
• Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Now Hiring Laundry Attendant for Hotel West & Main, Tapestry by Hilton in Conshohocken. Our "Heart of the House" Associates keep our Guests coming back! You are the key contributors to keeping our hotel clean, fresh, and sparkling every day!

• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.

• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e. g., to identify defects).
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
• Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and steps.
• Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
