Qualificações

• 4-5 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation and new construction projects.
• Previous foreman or lead fitter experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret sprinkler drawings and construction plans.
• Knowledge of fire sprinkler installation practices and applicable NFPA standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage crews and maintain project schedules.
• Valid driver's license and required licenses/certifications.

Salary: $40,000 - Negotiable based on experience

Position Summary

The New Installation Foreman is responsible for leading the field installation of fire sprinkler systems on assigned new construction projects. Working under the direction of the Project Manager, the Foreman oversees the field crew, coordinates daily work, maintains safety and quality standards, and ensures projects stay on schedule.
