As an Associate, your responsibilities will include:

1. Analyzing insurance policies and advising insurers on complex coverage issues.
2. Drafting detailed coverage opinions.
3. Defending carriers in bad faith and declaratory relief actions.
4. Managing your caseload with support from experienced partners.
5. Handling depositions, discovery, strategy, and dispositive motions.

Position details:

• Location: Los Angeles, with 100% remote work option.
• Experience: 1+ years in insurance coverage/bad faith litigation defense or 3+ years in general litigation defense with interest in this area.
• Compensation: Up to $200,000 base, profit-sharing bonus, discretionary bonuses, health/dental/vision insurance, and no micromanagement.
