Qualifications

• 5+ years labor & employment litigation experience required.
• Must be admitted in California, preferably Central District.
• Must have hands-on litigation experience: depositions, discovery, motions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate cases in employment law, including discrimination and wage disputes.
• Work with clients directly and prepare for court proceedings.
• Maintain a billable target of 1800 hours/month.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fully remote role, travel as needed to meet clients or partners

• 1800 billable hours/month minimum (sustainable caseloads of 15–35 matters)

• 5+ years of labor & employment litigation experience

• Hands-on litigation: depositions, discovery, motions, and court experience

• First-chair ready or on track—confident in managing cases and clients

• Based in California, ideally LA or surrounding areas
