• Boutique law firm nationally recognized for its expertise in Labor & Employment, Workplace Safety (OSHA/MSHA), and Litigation.
• With a dynamic and entrepreneurial team, this is a rare chance to work directly with top-tier clients and have immediate courtroom and client exposure—without sacrificing culture, mentorship, or flexibility
• Join a growing California Team that has been formed from lawyers form large firms
• You’ll join a close-knit SoCal team of 5 attorneys (post-transition), plus paralegal and assistant support
• High retention: Associates grow here—most leave only for passion-driven roles

• Multiple paths to partnership—non-equity, limited equity, full equity
• Single-plaintiff and class/PAGA cases

Salary & Benefits:
• Up to $230k + Bonus + Benefits (Depending on experience)
• Discretionary year-end bonus tied to firm performance (historically $10K–$15K+)

Other points of interest:
• Fully remote role, travel as needed to meet clients or partners
• 1800 billable hours/month minimum (sustainable caseloads of 15–35 matters)
• 5+ years of labor & employment litigation experience
• Must be admitted in California, preferably Central District
• Hands-on litigation: depositions, discovery, motions, and court experience
• First-chair ready or on track—confident in managing cases and clients
• Based in California, ideally LA or surrounding areas
