Job summary

Dream Finders Homes is seeking Sales Consultants to generate leads and welcome potential buyers to our community in North Carolina. You will guide clients from initial hello through model tours and the contract process to closing, in a commission-based environment requiring weekend work.

We value disciplined, entrepreneurial thinkers who deliver exceptional customer service and strive for a six-figure income by building lasting relationships with home buyers and leveraging our community

Qualifications

• Minimum High School or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Valid auto insurance coverage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
• Ability to prepare written documentation and complete contract calculations.
