We are seeking Residential Construction Assistant Superintendents to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the construction of new homes by assisting with daily field operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and helping keep projects on schedule. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, take pride in their work, and grow within the residential construction industry. Job Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with trade partners, suppliers, building officials, homeowners, and internal team members
• Assist in coordinating and following construction schedules to support timely home completion
• Demonstrate a positive, hands‑on work ethic and willingness to support the team as needed
• Conduct daily job site visits to inspect workmanship, monitor progress, and ensure homes are built according to Adams Homes quality standards
