Job summary

Omega Builders is seeking an experienced New Home Sales Agent to drive sales at model homes. The role emphasizes closing deals, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with lenders and internal teams to ensure a smooth homebuying experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous new home sales experience preferred.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Experience writing contracts using an ERP system.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds monthly/annual sales goals.
• Maintains accurate records of all customer communications, showings, and transactions in the CRM.
• Prepares, reviews, and coordinates signing of new home contracts and related documents.
• Guides buyers through financing options with lenders.
• Generates new sales leads and follows up on existing leads.
• Delivers in-person and video presentations to buyers.
• Builds and maintains relationships with customers and agents.
• Collaborates with marketing to execute campaigns.
• Provides regular sales and pipeline reports to the Sales Manager.
• Keeps current knowledge of Omega’s communities, homes, and closing procedures.
• Coordinates with Construction and Warranty teams to ensure a smooth buyer experience.
• Oversees model homes’ interior/exterior and on-site inventory.
