Job summary

Ryan Homes, part of NVR, is seeking Sales Representatives for new homes nationwide. You will engage with prospective buyers, showcase our homes, and guide them through the sales journey with excellent service.

No real estate experience is required; comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided. During training you’ll earn $34.62 per hour, with earnings later driven by commissions that can reach $300k+.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Top performers come from luxury, pharma, auto, or cell sales backgrounds.
