Job summary

Ryan Homes is seeking a Sales Representative to join our national homebuilding team. You will engage with potential buyers, provide excellent service, and work with the marketing team to generate leads. Training is provided, with compensation based on commissions; top earners can exceed $300,000 annually and successful reps above $200,000.

Training pay is $34.62 per hour during the program. Minimum 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred; real estate license not required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Current top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high end auto, or cellular sales.
