Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes are all part of NVR, Inc., a Top 5 US homebuilder. We are seeking Sales Representatives for new homes nationwide with comprehensive training and strong earning potential. Successful reps can earn over $200,000, with top performers over $300,000, while during training the rate is $34.62 per hour.

Engage buyers, deliver exceptional service, and work with marketing to generate leads as you help families find their dream home.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Current top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high end auto, or cellular sales.
