Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Completion of the Sales Consultant Learning and Certification Program.
• Licenses/registrations as required by the state.
• Ability to work all posted hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell and close PulteGroup products.
• Explain principal and interest payments, taxes, insurance, CC&Rs, HOA, and club/golf membership plans.
• Prepare required paperwork for each home sale and for prospective purchasers.
• Coordinate with design center, mortgage, key inspection, and settlement departments as necessary.
• Keep homebuyers updated on construction progress and expected completion dates through closing.
• Walk model park, sales center, and community features to identify items needing repair/maintenance and arrange adjustments.
• Audit community website and collateral to ensure accurate presentation.
