Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required to meet client needs and events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective homebuyers and provide an outstanding model home experience.
• Build relationships with customers and guide them through the home-buying journey.
• Present home designs, community amenities, floorplans, pricing, and financing options.
• Generate and follow up on leads through phone, email, social media, and outreach.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with construction, mortgage, and closing teams for a seamless experience.
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and manage activities.
• Stay informed about market trends and local real estate conditions.
