Ryan Homes is seeking motivated Sales Representatives for new homes. No real estate experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed. You’ll engage with buyers, present our homes, and guide customers through the purchase process.

This role offers a lucrative commission-based compensation with top performers earning well over six figures. The training pay is $34.62 per hour during ramp-up, transitioning to 100% commission after training.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-centric mindset.
• Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Experience coming from luxury, pharma, automotive, or cellular sales is a plus.
