Ryan Homes, part of NVR, is seeking driven Sales Representatives for new homes in the United States. You’ll engage with potential buyers, showcase homes, and guide customers through the sales process.

Training is provided, no real estate experience required. During training, pay is $34.62 per hour; once fully ramped, commissions drive earnings above six figures, with top performers earning well over $200,000.

Formación

• At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Current top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high end auto, or cellular sales.
