Ryan Homes is seeking motivated Sales Representatives for new homes to join our team. No real estate experience? No problem—comprehensive training and ongoing support help you succeed.

Engage with buyers, showcase our homes, and drive sales in a high-energy, commission-based environment. You will build relationships, conduct needs analyses, collaborate with marketing to generate leads, and guide customers through the path to home ownership.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets

• Current top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high end auto, or cellular sales
