Job summary

Ryan Homes is seeking energetic Sales Representatives for new homes in Maryland. No real estate experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

In this on-site role, you will engage buyers, showcase our homes, and generate leads with the marketing team. During training you’ll earn $34.62 per hour; after ramp-up commissions can push earnings well into six figures. Top performers earn over $300,000.

Qualifications

Position: Sales Representative

Compensation: Lucrative commission-based compensation (successful reps hitting goals earn over $200,000, top performers earn over $300,000!)
