Epcon Communities in Indianapolis is seeking driven sales professionals to represent our communities and guide customers through the home buying journey. No real estate license or prior home selling experience is required; if you’re driven and know how to sell, we’ll teach you the rest.

Weekends are required. We offer paid training, ongoing coaching, and a competitive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match) with high earning potential—$150,000+.
