Job summary

Ryan Homes is seeking motivated Sales Representatives for new homes. You will engage with buyers, showcase our homes, and provide exceptional service through the sales process.

Training is provided, and compensation is commission-based with earnings proving lucrative for top performers ($200k–$300k+). Applicants should have at least 3 years of commissioned sales experience and be legally entitled to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Current top performers have transitioned from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high-end auto, or cellular sales.

Upon successful completion of the training program, this role will transition to 100% commission based, where successful Sales Consultants can earn $200,000+. During training, the pay rate is $34.62 per hour.
