Job summary

Epcon Communities is expanding in the Columbus market and seeking professional, driven salespeople to represent our communities and guide customers through the home buying journey with energy and enthusiasm.

No real estate license or prior home-selling experience is required; we’ll teach you the process. Weekends are required, and there is potential for substantial earnings through our proven selling system and training.

We are looking for professional and driven people with a proven record of success in sales to represent our communities and lead customers through the home buying process with enthusiasm and energy. No real estate license or previous experience selling homes is required; if you’re driven and know how to sell, we’ll teach you the rest. Weekends required.
