Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a proven sales mindset. Real estate knowledge or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs using Lennar's selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads, leveraging the selling approach.
• Provide timely follow-through with customers from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities.
