Start Dates

Start dates for new graduate RNs are bi-weekly throughout the year. You must provide official transcripts from Nursing School prior to starting.

Incentives and Benefits for GNs

• Sign On Bonus for Med/Surg, Critical Care, OR, Ortho Hospital and Psych: $5,000 (Pay out $1,250 at 6mo, 12mo, 18mo, 24mo)
• $7000 Relocation Assistance for full time only.
• GN Loan Forgiveness Program to aid in paying off your RN student loan debt.
  • Up to $370 per month directly towards loan payments ($20,000 cap).
• Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 annually for continuing education.
  • Loan and Reimbursement combined total cap $20,000
• Shift differential: $2.50 evenings / $4.20 nights
• Weekend differential: $2.20
• Health/Dental/Vision insurance available from day 1

Qualifications

• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• License: RN license in our state (must obtain within 90 days of graduation date)
• Certifications: Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period.
• Licensure: Must be eligible to take the board of nursing exam.
