Role Overview

The Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. This role requires completion of a nursing program and obtaining licensure within 90 days of graduation to maintain employment. The position involves educating patients and families on illness management, developing and adjusting care plans collaboratively, and promoting patient safety and quality care.
