Job summary

BAYADA is seeking a compassionate nurse in Winston-Salem, NC to join our Nurse Residency Program. You will be supported to flourish, learn new skills, and advance in your nursing career through hands-on training and one-on-one patient care.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training from day one, weekly pay, PTO, and a strong clinical team that supports your growth. Current U.S. nursing license and CPR in good standing are required; pay ranges $26–$28 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR certification in good standing

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care
• Support flexible scheduling around patient needs and availability
