Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a New Graduate Engineer in Power Generation for Starship. You will design, build, and maintain electrical systems and power infrastructure for launch and production, contributing to high‑reliability avionics and testing.

You’ll work across teams on sensors, networks, and protection schemes and support both manufacturing and flight operations. The role requires a degree in EE or related field and a willingness to work extended hours as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in electrical engineering.
• 1+ years of electrical experience with power systems, automation & controls.
• Experience with power systems analysis tools and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, operate, and maintain electrical systems.
• Develop analog and digital circuits for extreme environments; support hardware through production and flight.
• Drive system trades, requirements, component selection, prototyping, testing, and flight support.
• Participate in automated equipment development for Starship production.
• Troubleshoot issues hands-on and ensure safe operation of systems.
