ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking entry-level civil/structural engineers for its Nuclear Design Group.

Ideal candidates hold an ABET-accredited Civil or Structural Engineering degree and can start between January 2027 and July 2027; steel, concrete, and structural analysis coursework are preferred. The role offers exposure to challenging projects, a collaborative culture, growth opportunities, and travel to client sites, with some roles onsite in multiple U.S.

• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
• Ability to effectively problem solve.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
• Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns. Must be able to work outside.
• Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.

Interview and Employment Requirements:

• Completion of pre interview assessments.
• College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post-graduation.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies.
