HealthOp Solutions in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic, spine, and pain management team. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with base salary of $130,000–$180,000 plus bonus potential, and earning potential over $200k for some providers.

New grads are welcome, and you’ll work with experienced clinicians and a supportive staff, gaining exposure across musculoskeletal, spine, and neurology care in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program in the United States.
• Current or eligible for Arizona NP or PA licensure
• Current NP or PA certification, as applicable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide professional, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage orthopedic, neurological, spine, musculoskeletal, and pain-related conditions
• Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
• Perform focused musculoskeletal and neurological assessments
• Develop and update treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team
• Review imaging, diagnostic testing, and other clinical findings; support non-operative orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and spine care
• Manage acute and chronic pain conditions within the established treatment model
• Prescribe and manage medications within scope of practice
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, procedures, and follow-up care
• Coordinate referrals, testing, procedures, and continuity of care as appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support ongoing quality care and patient satisfaction
