Job summary

HealthOp Solutions in Surprise, AZ is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with orthopedics, podiatry, sports medicine, foot and ankle expertise for an outpatient role. The position offers a base salary of $115,000–$140,000 plus productivity bonus in a hands‑on setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current NCCPA certification for PAs or national board certification through AANP or ANCC for NPs.
• Active Arizona PA or NP license, or ability to obtain licensure before starting.
• Minimum of 2 years of PA/NP clinical experience in orthopedic/podiatric/sports medicine/wound care settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage outpatient podiatric, orthopedic, and foot-and-ankle conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for common musculoskeletal disorders.
• Perform office-based procedures including injections.
• Provide nail care, wound assessments, and postoperative follow-up as trained.
• Coordinate care with supervising podiatrist and clinical staff.
