Job summary

ENERCON is seeking new graduates to join our Power Delivery group across multiple offices, including Kennesaw, GA, Tampa, FL, and Orlando, FL. This entry-level role offers exposure to design, analysis, and field walkthroughs on power infrastructure projects.

We value learning, collaboration, and growth, with a focus on developing engineers in utilities and energy sectors. Applicants should be prepared for onsite work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET- accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors.
• Available to start on an agreed upon date between January 2026 and July 2027.
• A genuine interest to learn and grow in the Power Delivery and utilities space.
• A solid working foundation with your major's core concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
• Ability to effectively problem solve.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
• Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.
