ENERCON is seeking new graduates to join our Power Delivery group in a hands-on role supporting substation projects and field walkdowns. You will gain exposure to engineering design, analysis, and onsite utilities work while collaborating with experienced engineers.
The program emphasizes growth, learning, and contributing to impactful energy projects. Candidates should be ABET-accredited graduates and ready to start between January 2026 and July 2027, with a willingness to travel and work
Qualifications
- ABET-accredited engineering degree in listed majors.
- Available to start between January 2026 and July 2027.
- Interest to learn and grow in the Power Delivery/utilities space.
- Solid foundation in core concepts of your major.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to contribute as an individual and work in teams.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
- Able to navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
- Willing to travel for client/company projects.
