SpaceX is seeking a New Graduate Engineer (Civil/Structural) to contribute to the design, analysis, and delivery of civil and structural infrastructure for Starbase. You will be involved in developing drawings, reports, and site utilities for launch pads and production facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in civil/structural engineering slated for 2027 graduation.
• Degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of civil or structural design, analysis, construction, or drafting experience via projects, internships, or professional work.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and development of civil and structural systems for launch pads, facilities, and site infrastructure.
• Develop and issue drawings, design docs, and reports for aerospace, industrial, commercial, and residential-type projects.
• Perform design and analysis calculations for steel and concrete structures.
• Perform grading, drainage, stormwater, water quality, and underground utilities calculations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure designs integrate with Starship systems and mission operations.
• Provide onsite engineering inspections and field observations; resolve conflicts in the field.
