Affirm is launching a hybrid early career program for graduates in computer science and related fields, with in‑person days in New York City or San Francisco. You will be paired with an experienced teammate and collaborate across different tech stacks to impact real‑world financial products.

Daily you will write clear, tested code, review peers, and balance speed with reliability while growing through teamwork with a global engineering group. After one year, remote or hybrid options remain.

Qualificações

• Break down a simple problem into multi‑component solutions with well‑tested, extensible code.
• Navigate a large code base, debug others' code, and contribute feedback via code reviews.
• Own growth: seek feedback from team, manager, and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate with a global team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
