Job summary

Blazer Jobs is seeking a motivated new graduate Speech-Language Pathologist to begin a Clinical Fellowship Year in Anoka, Minnesota. You'll receive dedicated CF supervision and professional support while gaining hands-on experience in a school setting, helping you transition from graduate training to real-world clinical practice as you work toward ASHA credentials.

The Clinical Fellow will provide services under supervision, develop independence, and participate in IEPs and multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligible to begin a Clinical Fellowship (CF).
• Eligible for Minnesota CF licensure or the applicable school-based credential pathway.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services based on student needs and IEP goals.
• Conduct screenings and evaluations under supervision.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies.
• Monitor student progress and document clinical outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers.
• Provide evidence-based intervention for articulation, language, fluency, social communication, and other needs.
• Track CF hours and maintain required documentation.
• Participate in ongoing CF supervision and mentoring.
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
