Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic's Digestive Disease Institute is offering a New Grad RN Resident position in Cleveland, OH. You will assist caregivers in delivering patient-centered care while participating in a residency core curriculum tailored to your learning needs.

Highlights include 12-hour shifts: 7am–7:30pm or 7pm–7:30am, with every other holiday on rotation. You will gain hands-on experience, document in records, and monitor patient health signals.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• New graduate RN or <1 year RN experience.
• Current state licensure as an RN.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Participate in residency core curriculum based on learning needs.
• Establish and revise priorities for patient care.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health.
• Seek supervision and assistance when needed.
• Document in patients’ medical records.
