As an RN Resident, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care, from initial introduction to final send-off. In this role, you will interact directly with patients, families and visitors, granting the opportunity to enhance their experience and supply pertinent healthcare education as needed. Additionally, the Cleveland Clinic system provides nurses with many professional development resources, including furthering education and online/in-person courses to enhance your skills.
How You’ll Benefit
A caregiver in this position can either work nights from 7:00PM – 7:30AM or works rotating day/night from 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. with every other weekend and holiday rotation requirements.
