Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital is seeking a New Grad RN Resident for the CDU. This Magnet Hospital offers a one-year Nurse Residency with multiple tracks, including online modules, simulation labs and hands-on training.
You will work nights, 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m., delivering direct care and learning under a success coach. You’ll establish priorities for patient care based on acuity and resources, respond to rising risk, and document thoroughly in the medical record.

Fairview Hospital's Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) provides care to patients who may benefit from extended care. The design of this unit is to discharge or admit patients within 18 hours, starting from when the patient arrives. As a New Grad RN Resident on this floor, you will work with fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care throughout the patient care journey. In this role, you will interact directly with patients and their families, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and provide healthcare education as needed.
Minimum hourly: $35.50
Maximum hourly: $55.60
