Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board, or multistate licensure if NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with physicians and other team members to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Empathetically cares for patients through preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
