Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA affiliations recognized.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and other nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with physicians and colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Provides compassionate care through all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
