BAYADA Home Health Care offers a Nurse Residency Program for new graduates who have passed the NCLEX and hold a U.S. nursing license. This is the only paid, ANCC-accredited residency in home health care for new grads.

The program provides paid training with shadowing, one-on-one nursing care, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling after completion of the 6-week training period. It also includes state-wide electronic charting support and around-the-clock clinical assistance.

Qualifications

• Current valid U.S. nursing license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.
