Fairview Park Hospital invites new nursing graduates to join the HCA Healthcare Residency Program in Dublin, GA. As a Resident II Registered Nurse, you will work within a supportive team of nurse educators and experienced nurses, transitioning from student nurse to registered nurse through hands-on experiences and structured learning.

The program features advanced clinical training, monthly education sessions, preceptorship, simulations, mentoring, and a collaborative evidence-based project.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of employment.
• RN license or Graduate Nurse in the state.
• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift.
• Perform procedures and document care in medical records.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients, families and caregivers about condition, plan and medications.
