Job summary

Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care using the nursing process and maintain accountability for clinical outcomes. You will coordinate with other departments to ensure high-quality service while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

The role requires holding an active RN license in the hiring state (or compact licensure) and meeting state nursing requirements. Certifications such as BLS and, depending on the unit, ACLS/NRP/PALS may be required within a set

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license required in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Certifications may include BLS and one or more of ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, C-EFM, or other unit-specific certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care following the nursing process.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and evaluate care effectiveness.
