Qualifications

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

Assess patient condition during admission and each shift; report changes.
Perform procedures and document care in medical records.
Administer prescribed medications; monitor responses and notify provider if needed.
Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up.
