HCA Healthcare is launching a Nurse Residency Program for 2026 New Graduate RN openings across several Kansas City area hospitals, including Centerpoint Medical Center and Belton Regional Medical Center. The program offers hands-on training, mentorship from nurse educators and senior nurses, and a structured transition from student to registered nurse.

Qualifications
- BLS certification obtained within 30 days of employment.
- ACLS certification obtained within 1 year of employment.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse license or Graduate Nurse in the State.
- No previous experience needed.
- Some travel may be needed for training.
Responsabilités
- Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting changes.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider; document care in medical record.
- Administer prescribed medications; monitor therapeutic response and notify provider if needed.
- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and anticipating needs.
- Teach patients, families and caregivers about condition, status, plan, meds, side effects and follow-up measures.
