Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus in Cleveland, OH is seeking a New Grad RN Resident for General Internal Medicine. You will work on the G80 unit caring for adults with complex conditions, and participate in a nurse residency while rotating through day, evening, night shifts, and weekend coverage.

As an RN Resident, you will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with a strong team, and receive extensive support and education.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current state licensure as an RN.
• BLS certification through AHA or ARC.
• BSN degree preferred for ideal candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist fellow caregivers in providing exceptional care from introduction to discharge.
• Interact directly with patients, families, and visitors to enhance their experience and provide education.
• Participate in a residency core curriculum and nursing practice under supervision.

Education

Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing

RN licensure

BLS certification (AHA or ARC)

BSN preferred
