Texas Health Resources invites new graduate RNs to apply for a Graduate Nurse Residency Program at Texas Health Southwest Ft. Worth, beginning February 22, 2027.

The program blends guided clinical work with instructor-led curriculum, mentoring, debriefing, and 360-degree evaluations, plus cross-training on multiple departments. Residents commit to 15 months of employment, rotate on an Intermediate Cardiac PCU, and work full-time, (3) 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends, holidays, and on-call

Qualifications

• ADN required upon hire; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure (Texas or Compact State).
• BCLS certification prior to independent patient care.
