Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking new graduate registered nurses to join our Nurse Residency Program, offering orientation, mentorship and professional development in collaboration with Riley Children’s Health.

Participating graduates will receive a comprehensive benefits package, competitive pay, and structured onboarding to strengthen clinical judgment and prepare them for their first RN role.

Qualifications

• Requires ASN or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Nurse Residency Program and nursing orientation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Strengthen clinical judgment and professional development during the residency.
