TriHealth in Cincinnati invites new graduate RNs to apply to the First Year Experience Residency program. This yearlong program is paid by TriHealth and supports the successful transition of new graduates into competent, professional nurses.

The residency includes 12 seminars, clinical reflection, a group evidence-based project, and an evidence-based curriculum designed to develop decision-making and leadership at the point of care. Enrollment is required, and attendance is imperative.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in nursing.
• Current, valid, unencumbered RN license in Ohio.
• Up to 1 year of clinical nursing experience; new grads welcome.
• New hires must obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire.

Responsabilités

• Participate in a yearlong residency with seminars and clinical reflection.
