This 12-month transition-to-practice program blends precepted orientation with blended learning, mentorship and peer support to help you grow from student to professional nurse while advancing quality and safety at the point of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• New graduates eligible for the Nurse Residency.
• BLS certification required.
• Georgia RN license required.
