Job summary

Three 12-hour shifts per week with weekend and holiday rotation, night shift, and potential float across designated units. RN license with BLS required; BSN preferred. Base compensation aligns with pay range and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Current RN license in applicable state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; other certifications may be needed by specialty.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and collaborates with the care team to adjust plans.
• Upholds a culture of safety and ethical practice.
• Maintains timely EHR documentation and participates in professional development.
• May float to other units within service area as needed.
